About that or a little more until the supplement drops off at age 62. Then it's about 1/2

All I can add is that when I get my 30 credits, I will receive @ $3180/month (that was before this last raise)...like turbo said until you are 62, then it drops to @ $1475(ish).

I talked to the benifits rep, I am over 55 wth 27 years seniority, I was told the monthly check Including supplement was less than 1500.00, If I stay 3 more years, Its 3100.00, I beleive his name was Kevin, Thats what I was told anyway !

Yep, should be between $3100-3200 if not skilled trades as long as you have 30 years or 86 points.

That would also be the amount if you take the option that pays your surviving spouse (if there is one) nothing or close to nothing.

I could be wrong but I thought it was 85 points? According to benefits rep at LAP Jim Fisher, points & 30 years are not the same, you get the full amount for 30 years but is reduced by every year of service below 30 years even though you can retire with the points.

How much more is skilled trades? You can count on skilled trades to make about $300+ more per month on their pension.

Don't forget to deduct union dues and medical coverage. It comes out to approx. $1435 a month. Let me add tat I also opted to take the survivor option. If I die before my wife, she'll continue to get part of my pension, although greatly reduced. If she passes before me, then my pension increases approx. $500 a month. If you opt out of the survivor option, (if you're married), your spouse has to sign away her rights to any portion of your pension. Good luck with THAT! lol
