You do know the company has said they are going to freeze the shift rolls once we return to work?
There were a whole bunch of N/S Fork jobs that didn't get enough bidders, 4 or 5 N/S Inspector jobs in Pre-Delivery, about 10 N/S Inspector jobs in Final Area, about 10-12 N/S Paint Repair jobs, 15-20 N/S QL jobs in Final (Trim & Chassis are being combined into 1 area). That's about it. Almost all Body & Paint jobs that went up for bid were filled.

I'm prepared to be on nights til whenever. Days is just a bonus. I got cut from my rolls inspector job when we went to 1 shift and am excited to go back to it. Nights is fine but like I said days would be a bonus.

The december meeting I think they said it would be froze for 6 months after we start normal production. I missed the January meeting to see if that had changed, but there were alot of bids that didn't get enough bidders. Forgot that utility jobs in paint didn't get enough either.

per building chairman...shift rolls will be froze for 90 days after full line speed but will survey before shifts are seperated. And last we were told is that "full line speed" won't be until March or April 2012.
