Runoff for TRUSTEE Tim Sanders D. Totten Charlie Jones Pete Tugon and a couple more will be in the runoff...but I only noted that Sanders won by a good margin...with D. Totten and Charlie Jones almost tied for 2nd...with Pete about 200 behind them.

Runoff for Seargeant at Arms, but Darrel Martin was almost doubled up by Ron Fowler
The 50% + 1 was almost the case in this one...the runoffs really need to cease to exist. If someone has 1200 and you have 601...tell them you concede. LOL

Why no run-off for skilled trades chairman? Doesn't 50% + 1 apply to the trades?

Why no run-off for skilled trades chairman? Doesn't 50% + 1 apply to the trades? Skilled trades position is committee person, committee people are elected by plurality meaning, person with most votes win .... check bylaws executive board are elected by majority meaning more than 50% of the votes needed to win

Not to be contentious, (we'll, maybe a little), two or three elections ago, there was a runoff for skilled trades committeeman. Were the bylaws changed since then?

Not to be contentious, (we'll, maybe a little), two or three elections ago, there was a runoff for skilled trades committeeman. Were the bylaws changed since then? I don't know the exact time table but, Skilled Trades used to have a President and committeemen positions. A few years ago the President position became a Skilled Trades Building Chairman and also the lead commiteeman. It was a supposed change to gain more power within the system...
