I hope everyone is with me by saying no to sign on bonus (buying our vote) and demanding a raise. I wish people would understand when it's on our paycheck, it stays on the paycheck. In the long run it's more money. Please to fall for the money up front and tell the Company we want whats ours back.

There will be NO discussion of contract issues until our grievance is settled......................which should be any day now......

You hit the nail on the head Ronnie. We need not have tunnel vision and look at the longevity of getting our raises back. Signing bonus is nice as long as we get our raises. No raises equals a NO vote on contract.

Nobody in the Ford Motor Company system needs a raise! If anything, we need to give back more! For the love of Jehovah....a monkey could do our jobs! I know, I read it in the paper some time ago. For the monkeys who can't do certain jobs...they can make robot monkeys for those operations.
If anything is to be voted on...it should be KY becoming a RIGHT TO WORK state. That way...we will get a raise! An extra two hours of pay per month! WOOHOO!
Let's see what this does to my karma! It was at -18
