This is the result of special interests funding political parties/individuals. As long as politicians have to answer to those interests, in order to be re-elected, regular citizens and small businesses will be treated as second class citizens and be walked all over.
The size of government is irrelevant; who the politicians answer to is all that matters. Currently they do not answer to us (regular citizens). The political system is broken and in serious need of repair.
Help me out on this part though; a rich person influences politicians to clear the way for the destruction of personal property and small businesses for huge investments. Unions, along with other special interest groups, hop on the band wagon trying to make some money. Of all the groups involved in this, why is it that unions were named specifically? Don’t get me wrong, unions are as wrong as the other parties for being involved in this. It just seems like a little mud being slung at unions and ignoring the others. Is there reason unions were singled out?

Bo 862, when I think of Eminent Domain, I think of business and politicians taking land away from property owners.... this was the first time I heard of unions being involved....thats it! ....it was just a shock to me....that is why I asked a question on my first post....
"Why are Unions involved in this shit?".....unions should be singled out every time they do stupid shit, period!.....
