$59,000; It is off Exit 116 on I-65 in Shepherdsville, take Cedar Grove Road East for 2 miles. Turn left on Ridge Road for 1.5 miles. Turn left on Clearview Farm Lane (new road not on Mapquest). Signs are posted.
