It was state government that turned down federal money, and chose to hire Chinese companies. What part of that is Obama responsible for?
The part about not being able to find welders is political language for saying they do not want to pay a livable wage for the service. With more than 10 million unemployed they can find train and put plenty of Americans to work welding.
I agree someone made a bad decision, but the finger is pointed at the wrong person.

Obama gave California $63.8billion, in stimilius money => which part of that is not Obama again?

In order to receive a portion of that 63.8 for a project it is the states decision to either buy American or finance it themselves so they can use foreign labor. They chose foreign labor. If anything it sounds like Obama is trying to encourage states to hire people that live in this country.
Watch it again, and show me where Obama made the choice to hire Chinese run corporations to do this work, or to give them money for hiring outside of the U.S.

...yes, hope and change # 253 ....states wanted the keytone pipeline wihich would have created American jobs,.and he tells them to go fuck themselves....California hires chinese workers and he looks the other way... ...and one has to be naive(bo862) not to believe that Obama couldn't have stoped this...after threating Indiana not too long ago to cut federal funding over planned parenthood www.lifesitenews.com/news/obama-administration-threatens-indiana-over-defunding-planned-parenthood/....he could have threaten California too, but he didn't..... he only, as bo862 puts it "encourage"....please he needs china to keep writing him checks(loans)...everyone knows what's going on here.... ...having said that...I really don't want Obama or the ferderal government for that matter, involved in states business anyways....let the citizens of that state make that discision...and if they are unhappy with those discisions vote them the fuck out!... |
