The average Joe can trust neither party. Both have their agendas that do not include us. Washington is for sale to whomever is idiotic enough to buy our debt, period.
I personally feel the unknown quantity is North Korea. With the son taking over for his crazy father and Korea already having nuclear capability - anything can happen there. Their economics will dictate the level of desperation from them in the next couple of years.
Iran would be turned to glass by Israel if they launched one missile. Israel has the Jerico ICBM's with monster warheads that the U.S. gave them in the day of the cold war. They could and would destroy Iran many times over in the event of such a launch.
I would be more concerned Iran would feed the material to terrorists so that no one could track it back to a country of origin.

Hey moron...it doesn't matter at this point! Just don't...push the vote button for Obama the next time you get in the booth. It's real easy.

Its sad we have no choice for a honest person to be elected.
obama has got us so far in debt and in a socialist setting, and the GOP has a bunch of turd sandwiches lined up right now. Who ever wins: We are screwed!

Trusting either "party" is the mistake. Looking at candidates as individuals and what they offer or have done in life is a better way to view their respective offerings or skill set.
To believe either party is the only party that is correct 100% of the time, every time, is statistically impossible. This is where any party line voter or advocate has blinders on. The union would have you believe any and all things democrat is good and all things republican are bad. I am sure just as many republicans are just as brainwashed as well. For the rest of us you have to make a choice of the person from the respective democrat or republican party offerings. A vote for the independent is truly a wasted protest vote. In principal it makes you feel good or right but its similar to spitting in the ocean and trying to measure the increase in volume. Not happening.
Obama talked a good game but was / is way short on how to do any of it. He has to go or at the minimum cut up his credit card that we are all covering the tab on. In all likely hood it will be Obama or Romney. I am not a huge Romney fan but his life experience and skill set far surpasses anything Obama can put on a resume. Between the two Romney gets my vote IF the democrats back Obama again which I do not see that changing.

As I have stated on this forum before, one of most Important issues that is going to be facing this nation is the appointment of Supreme Court justices. If you believe in the Liberal,Progressive, European Style Socialism that President Obama would like to see,you know like the, Hope and Change he as given us so far then you should vote for President Obama.IMO he will try to appoint far left Judges that is truly out of the mainstream. If he is able to accomplish this, many of the changes he wants will be enacted through the courts, and will have far reaching consequences for generations to come.
For me it is like choosing between the lesser of two evils. While I do not believe in everything a Republican President would represent I believe that Supreme Court Justices should side with the Constitution. Many Liberals have expressed that they believe that the Supreme Court should more closely follow many of the European Laws and not the Constitution.
As far as trusting either party,I do not trust either to do what is best for this country.I believe that the second most Important issue is the Deficit spending that now is measured in the trillions yearly. As much as I would like to say that there is somebody on the horizon that would actually address this issue, well I think we might be S.O.L.Both parties are addicted to the spending. No one is taking deficit reduction seriously.

I agree the debt is a very serious problem with the people in Washington kicking the can down the road. Obama as senator voted NOT to raise it and called it irresponsible to do so. Obama as candidate vowed to cut the debt in 1/2. Obama as president has ADDED a record amount to the debt.
He has occupied both positions of what to do to the debt and then added to it after saying he was going to reduce it. Its pretty clear he has no clue of which way to go or how to do it.
This is where anyone that has run a successful business or at least worked at a state or smaller scale government level would hopefully have a clue about revenue and spending.
Its clearly NOT Obama.
