LAP Ford worker Selling my home at 6222 Maravian, Louisville 40258. Presently it is being rented by transfers. 10 year old home, 10 year old neighbor hood. It presently pays for itself. I am building and need to sell this. It is a nice 3 bdrm home 1 1/2 baths. Master bedroom is vacant so this would be a nice income producing preperty or have someone else pay for you to live in the area. I am selling it with everything in it. I am taking my clothes and 2 pictures. Appliances are nice and staying. Dining room table and chairs staying, couch and recliner both nice and staying. 50 inch plasma staying. Washer dryer staying. Hey paul , how things going? I herd you moved to louisville and so glad your hear... wIm not really interested in buying a house but really glad i got the chance to say hi... Like i said im soooo glad your hear in louisville... So what do you think about the weather hear? Its nice... Kinda like your hair. Any way hows your job? mines not bad. I think they need to paint some pretty rainbows and unicorns and stuff like that in the little boys room... did you ever get the tire fixed on your unicycle? thats one sweet ride. what else can we talk about? well i hope you have a good week at work bye bye...
