I would like to know if they are going to allow anybody that wants to transfer from other plants to transfer to KTP like they did at LAP.

It's in the national agreement on how transfers happen.

I'm sure they will ,KTP IS A REVOLVING DOOR FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO COME OVER!Whether your plant closes or not.We will make room for you .But now if a KTPer wants to transfer ,well that won't happen !
