716-626. Remember the pressure the German unionist put on the parent company. And remember which politicians went public with threats to the plant and its workers if the voted for the UAW. This was the last, best chance to unionize a transplant operation. As time goes on unionized autoworkers will shrink as a percentage of total autoworkers in this country. And our contracts will reflect that. There is now no pressure, NONE on any of the Big Three to give anything back, ANYTHING. Again, remember the statements and actions of elected officials leading up to the vote. We have enemies, many of us just don 't care to notice.
