He publicly used scare tactics to scare the workers at the VW plant, he and others involved, including the governor and along with the ALEC backed 501(c) organizations that also used these tactics need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law! Maybe that is why he and others are ignoring the subpoena or do they think they are above the LAW.

The UAW dropped the civil case and with no criminal charges filed good luck getting anyone answering a worthless subpoena to a labor board.
