How do those on C-Crew who filled out holiday conversions for Election Day and Veteran's Day feel about being paid instead of issued personal time not once but two weeks in a row?
Another question, who feels a voucher is an acceptable solution?
This may pertain to some A and B Crew people as well.

It does the opposite, it banks that time as excused absence time. |

justaworker a lot of people filled out the conversion form and still got paid. I filled out a form for both days, got paid for Election day and banked Veterans day, go figure. I was told someone in labor screwed up...big surprise..lol

But somehow labor has not once but now two holidays . They have paid u for your time not convert your extra day . So now your paid more . Taxed more even though u wanted to convert . Labors or unions answer oops . Here take an unpaid voucher instead . My bad. . So what is the contract worth if we cant get what our right to choose is . |

I was told someone in labor screwed up...big surprise..lol Damn, they got mine right. Not rubbing it in, it's just rare for labor to not screw my stuff up. I would ask and find out exactly why my pay got screwed up. Then ask what is going to insure that the mistake Never happens again. We tolerate too many "mistakes". |
