Our profit sharing check is base off the quality vehicles, that we build. THE QUALITY! Iam done.

Amen Let me add...never,ever, have I been in trouble for stopping the line for quality related issues. If its not right, stop that line. If boss or team leader starts in back before you are satisfied...stop it again. Get quality rep over there and explain in detail what the issues are and let him/her take it from there. Management knows its our job to only care about quality, we know all they care about is quantity. As long as we both know our roles, we will build alot of quality vehicles...thats job security, and thats job1

I agree, that's why management don't say anything to me about stopping or bumping the line. I saw paper work, on how many vehicle that was released with concerns on B and C shift. Only on the DELTA JOBS. Thats why I brought up this subject. You would be shocked.
