Okay, I'm a C crew legacy empolyee and I'm a little confused about how holiday pay is being calculated. For the week of December 22-28, there were three days (24, 25, 26) listed in the contract as being vacation days. My paycheck had the 10 hours that I worked on the 22nd and then 26 hours holiday pay. It also included an adjustment that covered the other 4 hours with a reason code of "hours shortage - time not reported". Shouldn't it have just been 30 hours of hoiday pay? It turned out to be equivalent to 40 hours, but I did get shift premium for those 4 hours that I don't think I should have. Did anyone else have a check like this? Are they going to end up coming back and taking that away on a future check?
So the week of December 29th - January 4th has 5 days (December 29-31 and January 1-2) listed in the contract as being holidays. Does this mean we are getting 50 hours of holiday pay on our next check?

You recieved 8 hrs for wed & thursday because RDO. You recieved 10 hrs Friday because regular work day...total of 26 hrs. The second week will be just a 40 hr holiday pay check because production did not run any during that work week.
