Hello UAW Sisters & Brothers,

My name is Brent Eskridge and I am asking for your vote to
be your UAW Local 862 Vice President. The Vice
President position is not a full time position. The Vice
President fills in for our UAW President when he is out of
town. The VP position is very active in the community,
talking to local leaders to help not only us, but the
working families here in Louisville.


Qualifications:

12 years and currently a UAW representative

Starter of the first on job site AA meetings held down at
the KTP hall

Alternate Building chairman and Bargaining Committeeperson

Grievance Training

Diversity Training

CBAT Training (Collective Bargaining Agreement Training)


I am a married man and a father of four beautiful
girls. I am very active in AA meetings around town. I
am sponsoring other AA members and hold AA meetings here at
the KTP plant. I am running for the Vice President
position to help make improvements for the future of both
plants. I would like to see all members get involved.
I personally invite all new hires to come to the union
meetings to get sworn in. Please feel free to talk to me and
discuss any issues that you may have. The new hires
are the future and we need your help to make this union
stronger.
