I'm talking about 1st tier and 2nd tier. Hen it comes down to it it's gonna be either 2nd tier get up to first tier level or pray tier will get what they want but neither side is gonna vote for the other of it dosent include what they want so they split us up if you don't see that I have no idea where you have been working for the past three years

Two tiers is here to stay. Sorry, I wish that wasnt the case. I wish it never started, but it's here and it's not going to change just cause we don't like it.

I repeat this same ole shit like a parrot: Ask any 1st tier if they voted yes on the last contract and 9 out of 10 will tell you they voted "NO!". I didn't play into the scare tactics and most of my coworkers didn't either. If the IUAW wants the contract to pass, it will pass even if we all vote no.

Don't forget, there are more than a few thousand tier 2 people that did vote on the last contract. There were a few thousand LTS at various plants, and the contract passing got them hired in permanent and immediate. Also,the ACHers were allowed to vote. Upon ratification, they too were offered permanent jobs at ford.

Your probably right about two tier is here to stay. Thats where my money would be. The situation is what it is. Nobody really knows what's going to happen, no matter how many people preach that two tier is here to stay.

At that point and time I guess you were a bag boy at Meijers or something but either way I know where I was in this fight and I know our union leadership did not listen to any one of us that said the new contract was horse shit.

rtw should make the union work harder to win better contracts for workers. one reason i can see us getting a pretty good deal this fall.
