Whether I work here or some where else, its a joke that union and its members voted on this crap. Has nothing to do with the choices ive made. Im comfortable with those. Buddy, I agree it's bullshit. Everything about the way it all went down is bullshit. But it happened, and it's extremely likely that it's not going to change. Best of luck.

Thanks for giving up stuff so I can have a job. Still shouldn't have done it. I would of eventually found a $15 an hour job. At the it may of taken a little while. Now there alot more plentiful. Its just hard to choke down all the sacrifices youve made when im doing the same job half the pay. If the roles were reversed you would be saying some of the same things ive been saying. If the roles were reversed, I would understand that I am doing exactly what I signed up for. Please you know what you signed up for now then too if that's the way you feel. You knew what the deal was when you voted on the contract that gave away all your stuff which was dumb by the way. Why give the company anything you were worried you were not gonna get back. It's like trusting a wolf with a baby and trusting the wolfs gonna give it back to you. Now we are stuck with two groups of people that fight with each other over what we should have first. The company won I mean the unions on the way out unless we all get on the same page equally.

What two groups are fighting with each other?you think any of our opinions matter to what we get come contract time? Nobody on here is fighting, some of us are just trying to explain to the people who weren't here why things are the way they are. Alot of misinformation.

I'm talking about 1st tier and 2nd tier. Hen it comes down to it it's gonna be either 2nd tier get up to first tier level or pray tier will get what they want but neither side is gonna vote for the other of it dosent include what they want so they split us up if you don't see that I have no idea where you have been working for the past three years

I repeat this same ole shit like a parrot: Ask any 1st tier if they voted yes on the last contract and 9 out of 10 will tell you they voted "NO!". I didn't play into the scare tactics and most of my coworkers didn't either. If the IUAW wants the contract to pass, it will pass even if we all vote no.

Don't forget, there are more than a few thousand tier 2 people that did vote on the last contract. There were a few thousand LTS at various plants, and the contract passing got them hired in permanent and immediate. Also, the ACHers were allowed to vote. Upon ratification, they too were offered permanent jobs at ford.

Your probably right about two tier is here to stay. Thats where my money would be. The situation is what it is. Nobody really knows what's going to happen, no matter how many people preach that two tier is here to stay.

Where is your back bone? I stood up and said my piece at the meeting before the vote. At that point and time I guess you were a bag boy at Meijers or something but either way I know where I was in this fight and I know our union leadership did not listen to any one of us that said the new contract was horse shit. Get a few years in here junior and you will see what kind of shit goes on. If your last name doesn't get you anywhere or you're not in the "Good-ole-Boys" club, than your fucked like the rest of us. Yea, I chose to work here, but things were never this bad until we started getting weasels for our union leadership. Sit back and enjoy the show of shit.

Just loving all the complaining and nothing getting done there's just a lot more that could be done but people are either too lazy or too scared we will see who's who once this contract starts and if nothing changes you got no one to blame but yourselves there old man maybe see what it's like outside of being in your insulated bubble of being babied by ford and the union acting like its so hard in here just makes me laugh

You're the one that is doing the complaining, whining and bitching. Everyone of your post you have been laying blame on us 1st tier. Babied by Ford? Whatever goofball. You're talking out of your ass now. You must have a relative here up high on the union/company ladder that got you a cushy job. Like I said before, if I hired in complaining like some of you crybabies, I would of quit the first day. Why stay if you're only going to cry and bitch? Get your lazy ass up and do something. Stop being part of the problem.

You know you for have an argument when you start looking for grammar mistakes HAHAHAHA Nobody gives a shit about your grammar. But if you honestly want anyone to take you seriously then at least make your writing readable. My grammar is terrible but I do know enough to throw in a few punctuation's now and then. And by the way. If you didn't vote on the last national contract then you haven't a clue what went on. Jimmy Settles threatened to remove those of us that spoke up before the vote. Did you know that? It was a cluster fuck that none of us could do anything about. Your bitching should be directed to IUAW. Although you'd be wasting your time since none of them give a rats ass about anybody but themselves and their double dip pension.

Interested to see what RTW does in michigan. Probably wont influence unions to produce good contracts, but not sure what will at this point. I know one thing there has been alot of talk about the subject here lately. Surprised at some of the remarks from 1st and 2nd tier.

Surprised at some of the remarks from 1st and 2nd tier. rtw should make the union work harder to win better contracts for workers. one reason i can see us getting a pretty good deal this fall.

"Wtf" is that english ? Your like 40 there guy .Your a grown up use big boy words, like no punctuation honestly makes it harder to read. But here you go if it will help you comprehend my words better. Again though people generally attack punctuation when they don't have an argument just saying.

We don't have an argument, because there is no argument to be made. If you want to argue, we can argue. What would you like to discuss?
