Average profit sharing this year will be $6900. "Overall, the company posted a modest profit during the fourth quarter of 2014 and described 2014 as a "challenging year" because of new product launches — including the F150 conversion to aluminum at two plants and weak currency overseas." "Industry analysts had predicted last fall that the workers' profit-sharing check, at $8,800 for 2013, would fall because of recalls and other weaker results last year." cjky.it/1CCGUUj

Hurt mostly because the F150 plants were down for 6-8 weeks. Next years guidance is 8.5-9.5 billion profit.

Don't plan on it, expect profit sharing formula to change in exchange for a raise /COLA/monetary gains this contract.

Don't plan on it, expect profit sharing formula to change in exchange for a raise /COLA/monetary gains this contract. I remember the good days, Profit sharing and raises. You know whats really funny, and this should make us furious. Profits used to be less, with many more employees to share it with...but somehow the profit share was bigger. Then the iuaw enhances profit sharing. Somehow enhancing resulted in much more profits, being split amongst much fewer workers...but the workers still got way less. it doesn't add up.

Where are the people that kiss the UAW's nutsack that used to post on here 24/7? They don't seem to be defending this sinking ship anymore.
