Kind of funny! Alot of people on here said it would never happen. Im about 2150 away. Sounds like alot but, maybe two years away.

Then only 2149 to go. There not alot of talk about the $8 an hour difference in total compensation package even at legacy pay rate per hour. One of the few articles ive read that talks about it.

It's funny the news reports Ford is GIVING low tier workers a raise ,when the FACT IS they're at 28% low tier Co.Wide and per contract it's 20%!!!They have to according to contract!That way they look like the good guys..assholeS

Well most of us two tiers new about this buffer of insourced jobs from the beginning. They just didnt say much about it until they had to talk about it. Nobody thought we would ever see people roll over to top pay. Im just happy to see it actually happen. Hope new contract doesnt remove the path to full pay. Two tier workers being converted over only had to wait 4 years that's not too bad.
