from the ground up is really paying dividends. And at Freightliner facilities in
North Carolina, having all locals under a common agreement has strengthened the
bargaining position of all members, resulting in a contract that has significant
improvements in just about every area.

A first-ever contract for casino workers in Toledo and Columbus prove that the
football team isn’t the only champion in Ohio.
Volkswagen Update: Closer to representation

Volkswagen workers in Chattanooga, Tennessee, take another important step in
getting closer to full recognition within the plan as it reaches an important
milestone. Local 42 members continue the great UAW tradition of community
involvement by participating in a program that helps identify missing children.
