Wondering if a and b crew were told that quality leaders now have to report to the supervisor every time they give a bathroom break and if you take 1 bathroom break a day 4 days in a row it's considered abuse. They say first offense is a rw second is a sit down and you know the rest after that. I can't find this anywhere in my copy of the local or national contract lol NO its your quality leaders not wanting to do their jobs!!go twice as many time !!

Time to get my garbage can close to me again..either that or ill just piss all over the floor. Because im not going in my pants...I know what im spending my profit sharing on...ADULT DIAPERS and COLONOSCOPY BAG !!! THEN, I get to tell my supervisor I dont have to go to the bathroom I have to change my diaper, is that a rw and I want to see the supervisor who gets to have the sit down over an employee changing a diaper. I can empty my bag at breaks...This is what its come too. Its QL who think they are running the place !! and playing lets make a deal !! QL should be helping these C crew people instead of trying to screw the new people all the time ! PASS it on like the older guys did for US when we were the young guys !!

Some QL's are suck ass through and through. I've known a few that would do anything a supervisor told them to do. And that included throwing a brother or sister under a train!

24 years? Than you know its not true unless its in writing with signatures and your people signing or initialing it. Sounds like you are part of the problem if you are passing this onto to your people. You cant just make up BS rules for one section or shift in the plant and with 24 years you know this! Go back and read my posts asshole

I can care less what other areas do or the other crews for that fact I was just saying it was true they were doing it. I let my people go when they have to and don't put it Out on the radio and we get along fine. All the other areas like the loop is where the problem lies and I don't give a flying f&$@ what goes on up there. I think I'm done...

In that case I apologize because the way I read your first post as "ITS TRUE" that this is a new rule. I took your post wrong. I see what you mean now. My mistake.

I work at ktp and MOST of the 8 teams I've been on in 20yrs was cool..Never had any problem going to restroom..But I have heard Team Leaders crying about people taking too long?Really? They really don't have a lot to do ,plus they were voted in.I do admit that the trim TLs have to catch repairs going down the line .Which I never understood ,don't repair suppose to do all the repairs?

Who really cares! If I need to take a shit then guess what im going to take a shit. Plenty of people in my area (myself included) after 20 minutes we walk off the line. They bitch about it but we also make every effort to let a ql or supervisor know what where doing. Didnt they just agree in the new local about 20 minutes being the dead line you have to wait after asking?

Quick fix to this: Take a baggy and shit in it. Give it to your QL and tell him thanks, you can now give this baggy to the supervisor for proof that I'm using my time in the shitter wisely. Either this or snap pics with your phone and show them with a time stamp. Ask me how I know this will make them stop questioning you. I'll bite. How do you know? Lol

Lol On the motor line (in 2001) a coworker was getting harassed by his QL for taking a 20 minute shit everyday. Just once a day he would go to the bathroom. Finally they made up a "5" minute rule. Of course we knew this was a farce so, lets call him "Sean" goes up to the restroom with a clear ziplock baggy and 20 minutes later he gives it to his QL, lets call him "Emmit" and the bag is full of shit perfectly wound up in the bag. He lays it on Emmits tool box. Emmit calls the super down to complain, than comes the committee person then the bargaining rep and then next thing you know, the rule went away. Sean got a note from his doctor and they never said another word to him.

I think the rule is to stop people who go to the bathroom 4 or 5 times a day at the exact same times every single day. Amazing how some people can train their bladders and bowels. But whatever

But whatever I'm like a fine Swiss watch: I go #1 between 7:50 and 8am every morning and #2 around 1:45pm every day. On taco night I may take awhile on #2 but hey, I can always bag that up if any questions arise. Now thanks to DST, my timing will be off an hour.

I think some people do abuse it to go talk on the phone. At Ktp, people were getting caught outside on the phone who were in the "bathroom" for 45 minutes. Thats not right.

Corn Tuesday, and Payday candy bar Friday will take a all new meaning after this.....Maybe a 12 pack of tacos from Taco Bell Then you can be like Jokie Smurf....Shitty Smurf..."I got you a surprise!!!!".....Serves them right for thinking about trying to enforce a rule like that on their own people Poo for you LOL

He bitched that I was taking too long also taking a shit. he quit bitching.
