State of emergency means nothing to Ford. The only way they must cancel shift is if Gov makes it illegal to drive on the roads. IF our union had any balls they'd do everything they can to have the snow storm declared an act of God & we would be excused for today & tonight. But we all know this sure as fuck isn't gonna happen! Personally I don't give a rats ass how bad they need the trucks I'm staying home & advise everybody else to do likewise. It's not worth wrecking your vehicle or even worse getting killed for a company that could care less what happens to us.

Only remember Ford cancelling once in 22 years. The blizzard of 94, 22 inches if I remember right. They declared act of God for the last one a week ago or whenever it was, don't know why they wouldn't today. This was worse. Would be shocked if they cancelled tonight, the roads are better than this morning & they didnt cancel then.

Roads may have been okay this morning but it was still snowing and you could get traction. Tonight when B crew gets off no fresh snow, only frozen packed down slush. I've already called in and got through the first time.
