Level 3 is everybody gets paid 8 hours and no AWOL. If you came into work you get time worked plus the 8 hours. Level 2, those that came in get hours worked plus protected sww equal to 8 hours. If not here AWOL as usual. Level 1 ?

If an employee is C-crew and on Wednesday was called at home and asked to come in on Thursday.....and did so...worked four hours. With this level 2 act of God scenario described above....does this mean that employee would get paid four hours double-time as normal for a Thursday PLUS get paid 8 hours double-time due to "level 2" described above? That would be fantastic if true.
