ok i have to ask is ktp full of hungry mother f'ers or just a bunch of greedy bastards it has to be 1 of the 2 how can anyone have a life outside of that place whats the since in making all that money when you dont have time to do anything with it besides go to work and sleep

There are a bunch of possibilities. A lot of older people have had their awols for oaks and derby and leave it to the younger crowd. Some look at the place as a means to an end and work all the hours they can so they can leave it in 30 and never look back. And some have seen their wages and benefits ravaged by the union and need every hour they can get to cover 2015 expenses on a mother fucking 2005 wage.

I go to work when im suppose to, when i dont want to I schedule personal time. Not sure of your issue but if your a new hire the sooner you learn this the less aggravation you will have. |

I'm scheduled to work 5 ten hour days. That's not a choice. That is what is required. In addition to that, we are a traditional single income family. Even with the overtime my income is low enough that I don't pay federal income tax. On "sub pay" my income is low enough to qualify for food stamps. If that bothers you so much, than you obviously have issues. |

I don't understand why it bothers some people if another person decides to work some ot. If you want to work 40 hours a week then work 40 hours a week or whatever is mandatory, what someone else decides to work is none of your fucking business!

Ive only been here three years but that's one thing that's hard to get used to. Never seen how grown men and women worry so much about what another man or woman does. It would be a better place to work at in my opinion if alot of people would grow up (not everybody) and mind there own business. Im here to get payed that's it. If people want to work every holiday and weekend that's great. Not my business.
