Guess since you didn't answer my question I'm gonna form my own opinion of what a troll is. I guess it's someone who points out unfavorable truths to which the "5 star professionals" on here don't like.

Isn't it fitting that the union spends a vast majority of its time representing the most unworthy of its membership. You see it everyday the guy or girl holding a broom for three months standing there talking to a rep for 20 minutes about how they can do the least amount of work possible! We all know these people the people that hold up the go home list for months, the drunks, addicts, and fmla/AWOL professionals. I find it fitting that at the most critical time as a local we find ourselves led by ones of these people! There is some truth to what you say though. My team has 2 extras every day and we havent flipped in months because they are short in trim or need drivers

Big Troll alert. Are you company? or Union?
There are a lot of individuals that have been injured on their job. Surgeries are quite common. Are these people to be grouped in with your 'lazy' people? I am sorry if those injured doing a job inconvenience you.
The union is in the business of protecting jobs, not getting rid of them. They may work harder for the 5%, but the reason they do so is to save average Joes from being targeted and being fired. It is what separates union from non-union.

<----- 3 surgeries. Also even though I've had surgeries I hurt worse than before. Don't be so quick to RIP FMLA or Medical people.
I really don't blame the people who abuse the FMLA either because there is so much dam High senority in our plants that the lower people will be stuck on the hard jobs for 20-25 years. Ergonomics is a joke also.....add more people to the lines or decrease the line speed.
And PLEASE JUST BECAUSE WE HAVE LOWER SENORITY THAN YOU DOESN"T MEAN YOU CAN TREAT US LIKE SHIT!
