Metal Man I think I have you figured out finally. I bet your under 5ft 8. You have what's called short man's syndrome. You have a loud bark but not much bite. I've had several team leaders that weren't suck ass's like you my friend. They did there job & treated the people right. How did you fight a metal repair job ? That tells me you have been in body or paint most of your career at Ford.

Nope wrong again (as usual)6.0 foot 220 lbs..51 yrs old..20 yrs seniority 7/271995...First 10 years trim ...rest in body ..so now what..Think I have you figured out too..Big chic that goes to medical a lot.Finally gotta tow motor job..poor fork lift..lol..Never did shit but gripe about what jack or Jill did..and a fuckin LAP transfer to top it off..close?Fought a repair job because they wanted to combine tag and repair 2 different classifications???Also tried to get metal finishers to do repairs to keep line going but we said no..that's how..PS never said all TL s are suckass but there's a good chance that they are tired of working on the line so they run for TL solely to have it easier.And as time goes on get covered for shit the normal worker would not get covered for,or favors for favors..Period.Then a lot are TL s so long they think they're management..Have you not witnessed any of this?Have a bad night..

Seems like I seen a union paper saying to do nothing if you want it converted to a personal . If you didn't you had to go sign up. Just the opposite of normal.
