401k after leaving Ford

I have been gone from Ford for about 10 months,(took a better paying job after 2 years @ LAP) and was wondering if any of you know how the hell to access info about 401k. I can't get into the my ford benefits site obviously, and I don't have very high hopes that they will be very friendly on the phone. Thought I would put this out there in case any of you guys knew anyone who left and had to deal with this before I call. Thanks in advance.

I had to call and they will send you a new password, good luck it took me almost 4 months before I was able to access my info.
