Iam having problem with my 2014 Ford Explorer. At the dealership now for the third time, with caliper problem. They have been locking up and burning the rotors up. Did research online about it. Seem like other people is having the same problem with it also. Is there someone eles I can call about this.

Rule #1 don't go to Town and Country Ford. Worst service department in Kentucky!
Ask the service manager of the shop you are dealing with who the regional manager is and ask for their number.
Let him know you will go over his head.
Rear brakes?

Bill Collins ford. Took my 2012 focus in for` the 29.99 service special. cost me 59.00. car has 8k miles on it. halfway home check engine light comes on.called them,they said bring it back.on the way back the low tire pressure light comes on. put 10# air in tires.refilled the washer that was supposed to be refilled.got home,tires were 10# over inflated. they said call back in a week or so,the service manager is on vacation. That was my last trip there.
