Just a quick question for those on AWS already. If I am on night shift and my schedule is to work Saturday and Sunday, would I work Saturday night and Sunday night or would it be Friday night and Saturday night? When I was on the weekend crew a few years ago I worked Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday night even though I was told it was based on traditional midnight shift schedule. I'm just trying to figure out which shift would work best for me and the family. Thanks in advance!

I am on A crew at Lap on nights. I work every Sunday night and every Monday night then off T W T nights. Then work F S S M T then off W T F S nights. Then repeat all over. C crew nights is the best because you get off 5 in a row vs 4.

Since we've been given an official AWS start date of January 4th and have been told we will mirror LAP, would someone at LAP please post their schedule for 2016? I and many others would appreciate it. Thanks!

Here's the schedule for C&D Crews, A&B crews are the opposite days. 7:00 to 7:00 am or pm depending on nights or days. 10% shift premium for nights, everyone gets 2.5% for being on the AWS.

How is the pay structured during the week? Do you get any type of overtime pay during the weekends or anything over 40 hours?

night shift gets 12.5% shift premium...day shift 2.5%...10 hours straight time first 10 hours of any work day...last 2 hours time and half except Sunday...double time after 10 on Sunday...RDO days time and half first two days off...double any after that in same week.
Contract Volume 1 Appendix W will explain all pays and everything on the schedule
