No, it's the guy who tries to smooth over all of the hard feelings after the dealer screws you over and then they find out that you work at Ford. I would NEVER, EVER, EVER buy anything from those crooks. I have no idea how they stay in business.

F that. Be a grown up, buy a car like a man. Do you really need to prop up guys in their retirement too?

For real..Why do they need to work anyway?Fuck cut your ties and enjoy the rest of your life.As far as Town And Country it looks like out front of a Club every time I pulled in.Actually saw several guys standing in a circle smoking cigars (I guess) and joking when I arrived. That looks bad to me..They do have a great body shop though.

Dealers like this are part of what is wrong w FoMoCo.

T&C sucks! Im really surprised they haven't changed their name like Star Ford/now Oxmoor Ford. They were 2nd worst I ever dealt with. Rixman is a great guy, but that place is a turd!

my then 85 year old daddy ( WWII VET )went to T&C to buy a new Expedition without telling me. he retired from ford in 86 and told the salesman he wanted a new one on the a plan. they took advantage of his age and told him he bought a new one. they even drove him to the bank where he got out the amount of cash they said he needed to buy it. well the next week when i found all this out and i looked at the sales invoice and they had sold him a demo and he had paid 4000.00 over the full list price. i went to T&C and they said sorry but they really could't undo the sale and it was final. he paid about 8 to 10 thousand over what he could have bought a new one for on the aplan. yes they are horrible dishonest people. how could anybody do this to a elderly WWll vet i will never know. that's my two cents worth about Town and Country..

First time I ever tried to buy a new car was here.Walked in guy took my license?(now I know that trick) then we agreed to a deal but I told him up front I had to leave at 3pm because bcrew starts at 418pm then.Tomd him I had to leave and would be back in the morn .Salesman didn't wanna give my lisence back until I signed the contract ..That pissed me off.Ended up leaving and telling them to shove it .Ended up going to Star buying an LAP made 1996 Exlorer sport..Still going with 235000 on it.Best Ford I've ever owned..
