As the contract deadline approaches, it is essential that we send a clear message to Ford Motor Company that we are prepared to take the necessary steps in order to achieve equity in our National and Local agreements. You can assist your negotiators by taking part in the upcoming strike vote. The purpose of this strike vote is to give the negotiating team the authority to determine whether or not a strike is necessary in order to accomplish their goal in securing a contract that is fair and equitable for all parties concerned.
It is important that we get maximum membership participation in this strike vote, so please make every effort to get out and vote.
All members will be required to show identification (Ford ID, Union Card, etc.) in order to vote.
