I have worked next to people that make 31$ with the 10%. Guess I'm the only one that counts that :/ And it's a damn good thing they didn't hire me for the grammar dept lmao Thanks for the F on my speeling test  It all goes down to hard work that C crew puts in every week..the same hard work A and B does but for way less money. Ford new this and yes that's why we were hired in,to help them build cars and still get back on there feet. Mission accomplished! So u guys can be A holes and get mad and kick rocks..but when we are making the same amount of money as u guys. Please try and not cry to hard..it's sad to see a grown man cry..really.  please fill free to "clown" on my Grammer and spelling. I was in LD classes and still work next to u and might even make the same money u do..so yeah there's that |

Was going for everyone get a raise,because that's the only way it will happen. Was just saying we need to have some of that ford money as well. We go to 24 up front reach 28 over the course of the next 4 yrs. I have no clue what the legacy workers want and it's not my place to say. I think they should be happy with what they have but it's whatever.And I won't be crying sorry,not my style. I Just don't understand the hate. I don't know the numbers but isn't there more tier 2 workers then 1?

And truth to be told tier 1 will be gone before 2 is..so yeah there's that. They want nothing more then to lower wages and not give us higher pay..so do u really think they will keep tier 1 around? There going to try anything to get u guys out of there. Being buyouts, retire..blah blah ect ect Here is something Else that will blow your mind,get rid of 401k,I don't need that shit really. From the looks of it u die after u leave ford anyway. I would much rather have the money in my check everyweek then in a 401k that I might never see. The A plan is a joke also. And the whole import parking is a joke as well..ever damn car there has some form of foreign part on it.(yes i know its more about where its assembled and where the money ends up)but im pretty sure the U.S. wont see the money that the Focus RS brigs in over seas when the U.S. starts buying them.Seems racist and ignorant. I wish there never was a 2 tier but unfortunately i think it's here to stay. I came from a plant that was ford then we were ford employees leased to ACH don't know if you guys remember but ford raised visteon/ach overnight to top pay then shortly thereafter all hell broke loose. Buyouts,layoffs,plant closure 2006/07. So why would they do it again? I think and hope we all get a raise but 2 tier is here to stay and it's not just here its the new wave of the future.

We are 11 days from the contract expiring. When will they start telling us real talk (not rumors) on the proposed contract? I asked a couple of people but no one really knows. Do they wait till the day of? Just curious

Oh yea we won't hear shit til the night of and the union will walk around and SAY BE READY TO WALK OUT then they'll come back around and say we reached an extension to keep working under the present contract..Funny it never gets settled on the deadline?Seems like we would go on strike at 12:01 9/15,but we won't..

Just curious normally there are more rumors making their way around at this point. the only real talk we will get is after they reach an agreement. within minutes of that, word will be out on the main talking points of the deal. i think we will do okay this time |
