Just like congress, these thieves are stealing from us right before our eyes in broad daylight and we are powerless to do anything about it.

Bailing our BC out of jail and getting his DUI's expunged and his GF in LR covered up?
That would be a lot of $$.

Unfortunately there will be "next" to no change in the new contract from the current contract & it will probably be worse. Of course there will be a signing bonus but what workers don't realize especially the new ones, is that a $2500 signing bonus is like a trip to a penny gum ball machine to Ford Motor Comp. For us to be fairly compensated would mean that they would have to take a cut in pay/bonus or delay their raise. They ain't goin' that route!
I say let them build this shit! They can arrive to their six figure a year job, all crisp & smellin' good then take a 2nd job as a Two-Tier worker making $15.78/hr. to complete their 18 hr. work day then go home, sleep 3 & a half hours, wake up & do it again for 4 or 5 more days in a row. Better yet, since they believe so much in cuts & the concern for a competitive global market, their 2nd job can be as a Three-Tier worker & they can build this shit for $12.28/hr.
As far as the article in this titled post............What a bunch of selfish & evil bastards!......And these rotten bastards totally control us! Purely Evil!

Friend from up north said rumor is we will strike for 2 hours because the IUAW wants to make it look like they done something, and the Big 3 will make it look like they are doing us a favor by agreeing to letting us get a shitty contract. Enjoy that $5K ($2,700) signing bonus. I'm sure we wont get any lost holidays, break time, or COLA back.

signing bonus to make up for what we've lost and return cola.also on pensions. sound far fetched? you just read the story.they have money to burn. and steal. the ball is in our court. don't like the deal?turn it down.we deserve a respectable deal. accept nothing less. it's too quiet this close to the deadline. somethings up.stand strong...

Anything less than getting back what they stole from us I will vote no. But it's funny how every time it's something the union want's it doesn't matter how we vote it passes easy. How can someone watch the count? Because myself I don't trust this union one bit.

The days of the union we had 15 years ago are over. Back then it was the company and the employees (union). Now there are 3 parties...the company, the employees and the union. The employees have no power and are getting screwed by the other two.

Divide and conquer was the companies thoughts, more union dues for less pay was the unions thoughts.
