Will there be a shutdown at Christmas and how long, since it appears we will not be striking?

The 2015 Christmas and New Year holiday schedule should be as follows (unless something radical happens). B crew will be off 12 days (Dec 24 thru Jan 4), A crew 11 days (Dec 24 thru Jan 3) & C crew will only be off 11 days. Unless a very unlikely miracle occurs and C crew gets the weekend after New Year off, that would give them 17 days off! This is all subject to Ford forcing us to work the week between Christmas and New Years. I don't remember them ever doing this, but contractually they can do it if they feel the need. And if the Company & Union asks for OT volunteers during the Holidays I hope everybody tells them to drop dead!
