Only new thing about Gatorade ( dispensing machines all ready agreed to as they are cheaper than current program) is raising the temp from 90 to 92. So that's a step BACKWARDS!! |

We get two new exercise machines, to replace two broken ones that we already negotiated for
We get language for mandatory OT that clarifies days off based on the OTW that most of us hate anyway
We get new team leaders, IF international approves the man power

The last time I stood up and fought extra work added to a job, I was alone. The other operators were too scared to fight. I won. Brothers and sisters? LOL nice dream !!! The union and the company are a double edged sword.
