can only only convert 2 awols after the fact, if they are on the first day or last day of the week. 18 months to drop is now 12. awols reset to zero in january. same scale for discipline i believe.

Not trying to correct you,just so you know..They do reset to zero if you have 4 or less,if you have more than that they clear 1 off..ty

According to this tentative contract yes...Also if you have over (4) AWOLS currently then you are locked on the 18 month deal???

What do you mean people like that? Each person has there own views and opinions depending on their needs...respect each person and their vote....but I guess that's how most people are, can't respect others points of views.
