So what do we think of the contract. Where they are moving the mkc to Chicago after the next new model launch. Looks like two shifts in the future.

Looks like I would say at least 300 people with High Seniority will be bumping lower Seniority workers in their previous or current Classification when the Lincoln leaves this model year.. And they no longer have a Lincoln Job... (( Heads up Youngins... )) Now that's worth Voting for.....

Be a lot more than 300 if they go to 2 shifts. Says in the contract an additional 700 to 800 million investment in plant to increase production. All that tells me they want to run more units per shift. Once mkc is gone,they can go to 2 shifts. Work 5-10hr days and every other sat,throw tag relief in if needed. Gets rid of that pesky problem of trying to balance overtime with c-crew.

Different Platform. MAP running same platform so maybe that"s why they are sending focus to mexico and they will bring Ranger back on C platform to MAP
