A younger employee asked me, what did I want from this contract? I told him, I want everything back we gave up. But I know that's not going to happen. So, ill be happy if FORD MOTOR COMPANY shows us how much they appreciate what the UAW did for them. I don't see that in this contract. DON'T LET A SIGNING BONUS MAKE YOUR DECISION.
