Looks like the IUAW is making an effort to make the membership look bad for not backing the agreement. What happened to our best interest first?

Rather than speak to and LISTEN the people voting ( membership ) Settles hands a flier to the media that is not voting.
Brother Settles is a little confused unless he is trying to pressure / shame the membership into a "yes" vote.
He and the IUAW is suppose to work for all of us, not cry to the media because a vote did not go his way.
Unprofessional and not representing the people that pay him, unless Ford is paying him more then it makes sense.

He and others at the IUAW have the IUAW golden parachute. No direct accountability and impossible to vote him out because they are all untouchable by the rank & file membership. |

Double pension, annual raises, probably the best of the best in healthcare...what's not to like about THEIR contract. I still don't get if our contract is good enough for us, why isn't it good enough for them?

I think they switched out the Gatorade at dearborn for iuaw koolaid for this vote.
