He was asking why can't we (UAW members) hire someone of equal astute to represent us as president instead of having our reps elect the "good ol boy". Why so defensive and personal? Geez Not defensive, or personal, Just facts. And without question, Ford is going to have better negotiators and Lawyers than us. With that said, our guys came away with an offer from Ford that would make us the most highly compensated workers in the American auto industry, with the best job security. i agree ford has some of the best negotiators...while we have the biggest retard in Settles |
