How do you justify giving yourselves 3% raises every year & giving legacy employees only 2 raises in the next 4 years? ??

The same way you justify calling yourself the President of an organization that the members of that organization are not allowed to vote for their President. They are all out of touch, its two (Ford & UAW) against one (us).

I was told by a union rep today that Settles got a 10% raise least year if he got 10 cents he did'nt deserve it!

I think we all should have 10% raises , 1 for each yr. we went without a raise for "helping the company out through rough times" . Ha what a joke, right after last contract they gave all salaried raises then they came to us and wanted us to give back even more after giving them our left nut. We should settle for no less. International doesn't, salary doesn't , we shouldn't. Stay strong my brothers.

Mr.Settles also draws a salary from the veba trust because he is a board member. Last I seen it was roughly $30 - $35 a yr.That was is in thousands also. Lol
