They could promise beer & strippers at quitting time every day in the new local and I wouldnt vote that in. Hopefully everyone that is pissed and voted no show up when the next local is voted on and send a message.

Most live in complete denial... If you spend more than 15 years at any FoMoCo factory, you most definitely suffer from mental illness. I have recently gave into the illness , life is so much more fun and carefree, SQUIRREL!!! |

#1 Fact - The Local union cannot strike without the authorization of the IUAW. That will never happen over the 862 contract.
#2 Fact - All the continued rejection of a local agreement for petty reasons does is cause Ford Motor Company in Dearborn to begin to look cross-eyed at that Local union and facility.
But by all means continue to express your free-floating rage and frustration by voting "NO" at every opportunity! It may hurt KTP in the long run, but I will only be around a short time longer. Good Luck to the rest of you.
