I will send you my number and we can be friends....Now you wanna bet..Cause I DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING "THEY" say...have a great holiday...

My concern about the 8 year grow in is it's just too long. Also, previous grow in periods, whether 3 years or 18 mo. May have crossed contract periods but they were never tied to a landmark like eliminating two tier . It's likely the co. Will want do change it next contract , many believe. I will say that if in progression workers are on a path to top pay ( even tho they still lack a pension) there's no real reason for a cap on their numbers. I understand metal mans point about it, but I dunno if any entry levels ever got a huge raise when someone retired. I never have seen it spelled out how the actual money worked in that situation.
Machy, 76, the contract did pass guys . Ur side won. Only thing worse than a sore loser is a bad winner .

I don't believe anything they say either. But I believe what's in the contract. Contract says the longes they can work me is 10.7 but guess what? I have to work 11 almost every day. Contract says over time equalization is suppose to be used for any overtime but guess what? Unless its a difference of .50 a day its not.

I don't believe anything they say either. But I believe what's in the contract. LOL!!!!!! Yeah, well we believed what was in the contract in 03, 07, and 11. And howd that shit work out? That contract might as well be written in pencil. They'll open it up at the drop of a hat and screw our eyes out again. Just ask all the retirees about Gettlefinger running it balls deep on them. Enjoy.

Everything is subject to interpretation, especially the phrase "Equity of Sacrifice".
