I believe you still have to 90 days in the way I read it. You new hires should be very grateful for that. Huge gain. HMO PLUS DENTAL & VISION BENEFITS.

Yeah, huge gain, obamacare law brought the 90 day thing in. Not UAW. Sorry if i come off rude, still shocked at the outcome of the contract. Hopefully we get to keep this Healthcare with the Cadillac tax the UAW seemed so worried about going into this contract.

I believe he's asking when the better insurance takes effect for those that already have insurance. You are correct on 90 days for full medical, dental and vision for all new hires from here on out. Much better than 8 months, 3 years and 5 years.

Be a little grateful, dam. Obama brought the Federal health care bill in to reflect the 90 policy. The union got you the Opportunity to pick between BC&BS & the HMO plan. Also bumbed upped the Dental & vision plan.

Eh, i could've done with faster progression of the pay scale rather than the dental and vision faster. I think this health plan will be gone anyways when the Cadillac tax hits, atleast that's what the UAW was saying just before contract talks started.
