UNION SPORTSMEN’S ALLIANCE 2016 GUN-A-WEEK CALENDAR – Do your part to preserve North America's outdoor heritage by supporting the Union Sportsmen Alliance's mission with your purchase of a 2016 Gun-A-Week Calendar. By purchasing this calendar, you have a chance to win a gun every week of 2016. Each week in 2016 brings another chance to win a high-quality shotgun, rifle or handgun, including Remington firearms. The calendars are $20.00 each and each one includes a registration and instructions on how to register for a weekly drawing. Beginning Monday, January 4, 2016, gun winners will be drawn each week for 52 weeks. The calendars are available at both UAW Local 862 union halls. The UAW Local 862 has a very limited number of these calendars available.
ANNUAL COAT DRIVE – The KTP/LAP Veteran’s Committees and Community Services Committees jointly held a coat drive during the months of November and December. The annual coat drive was an even better success this year than last year with twice as many coats collected. They will be donated to Wayside Mission and Interlink (veterans’ charity).
