Just found out the C-crew will not receive the back pay for the c-crew premium that cam with the new contract. Strange (sarcastic tone implied) how our union has yet to let us know that or explain why the company is getting away with not paying it. IT IS IN THE CONTRACT THAT WE ARE TO BE PAID THE PREMIUM. The contract was ratified. WTH!!!

Some genius forgot to include "language" in the contract that would force the company to pay the shift premium retroactively. OUR INTERNATIONAL UNION LEADERS FUCKED US AGAIN. UAW is a SHAREHOLDER!!! therefore how in the hell can they effectively represent the employees. Answer-THEY CAN'T. It's a fucking conflict of interest and I have said as much since they became a shareholder.

If any pay is retroactive then all pay should be retroactive, this is all time low even for our union if true.

Last week we got adjustment on our check,I was told this suppose to be retro C crew pay. Everyone that I have talked to has a different amount.Mine was $543.42 and I took 1 personal day on a Sat. Am I confused about how this was to be calculated wasn't it suppose to be $90 × 10 weeks for approximately $900.00

For the shift schedule (M-F 6p-4:30a) if there is a shift diff and if so what is it? I'm asking because I check my pay stub online and it says a little over an hour accumulate diff for the week. I've skimmed through this site and the contract but only see info for every other type of schedule. Thanks. This site has been a tremendous help! 5% premium...40 hr week would net you 2.0 extra hours
