I did not purchase a vehicle there and I am glad for that, but, unfortunately my daughter did, this was her first vehicle to buy on her own and except for the saleman, all other service at Conway Heaton is terrible, I told my daughter to get the 100000 mile extended warranty and I would cover the cost, what they sold her (and now is useless)is a warranty that ran concurrent with her Ford 3 year/36000 mile and ran out at 60000 miles. Now there is a problem with the transmission and she was told that Ford will honor it to 100000 miles by a service rep. there (she no longer works there) and we come to find out that her vehicle is exempt from that recall. Called Finance and spoke with them about warranty and of course he only remembers his version of my warranty request and I ask to speak to the service MANAGER (which I thought he was) for 30 minutes to see if they were going to help and he informs me that he is just a service rep and it is out of his authority. Then why did you call me and not the SERVICE MANAGER.
STAY AWAY FROM CONWAY HEATON! READ ALL FINE PRINT! AND IF THUS IS YOUR CHILD'S FIRST CAR AND THEY WANT TO DO IT ON THEIR OWN, DON'T LEAVE THE ROOM!

Sucks to have a bad experience, sucks more knowing that those situations happen to our customers as well. I've always bought my vehicles from carriage ford in Clarksville, Indiana. I highly recommend them, everything has always gone perfect.

Sorry to be a smart a** dude, but if you would have followed your own advise you would have known the term of the warranty. A salesman can promise you the world, but if it ain't in writing they don't owe you sh**, no way, no how.

And if you would have read it right the first time, this was my daughters first car on her own, I told the dealership what I wanted and at that point all was good, when it came time to sign the paperwork (I was out of the room at that point) he gave her a 60000 mile extension on the current warranty rather then an extended one for 100000 miles, she thought she signed for the correct one, (they used an electronic signature pad for all paperwork). So I was just trying to be helpful and you were just being a smart ass.

I understand now. Both of you are naïve to the ways of the world, and feel taken advantage of because you're simply too trusting. Poor thang.

[b No, you dont, They took advantage of a first time car buyer, I was not in the room with her at the time, if I were it would not have happened, (I told him what I wanted and was willing to pay for), he changed it once I left. She learned a valuable lesson that day, and hopefully no one else will have to go through what she did.
