C CREW RETROACTIVE SHIFT PREMIUM PAYMENT: The National Ford Department has
sent notification that employees that work the Alternative Work Schedule (AWS)
will be compensated retroactively for the recently negotiated C Crew Premium.
That means in addition to being paid retroactively for all hours worked on or
after September 15th, an additional retroactive payment will be provided to
include a fifteen percent (15%) C Crew premium for hours worked on Saturdays and
Sundays. We thank you for your patience and understanding during the time that
it took to resolve this matter. Often times, certain terms of a contract are
construed differently by each party trying to accomplish its evident aims. We
are glad that this disagreement is settled, and we can put it behind us and move
forward.
FRIENDS AND FAMILY LIMITED-TIME A/Z CONQUEST PIN PROGRAM: To help celebrate
another great year at Ford, U.S. employees and retirees will be given one
additional A/Z PIN for use between Jan. 8 and Feb. 29, 2016, to share with
extended family, friends, or neighbors. The unique, limited-time program,
called A/Z-Plan Conquest PIN, is designed to encourage employees to become brand
ambassadors and help attract new conquest customers to the Ford and Lincoln
brands. Employees and retirees are free to give the one additional PIN to
someone they know who currently drives a competitive vehicle or has a
competitive vehicle in their immediate household. Current lease customers are
not required to terminate their lease and current owners are not required to
trade in their vehicle. To generate an A/Z-Plan Conquest PIN you can call
1-800-348-7709 or visit www.axz.ford.com and select “Generate a PIN, Generate
PIN for someone else,” and take the following simple steps:
Select Plan Type “Family A/Z (including A/Z-Plan Conquest)”
In “Relationship” drop-down menu, select “A/Z-Plan Conquest.”
