Why isn't our local agreement settled yet? What's the hold up? We worked last time over a year without one. The company doesn't care so long as we build. Our local is incapable of presenting anything that will appease the workforce, and even if they did, why would it matter? There's always a " letters of agreement " that effectively rewrites the contract after the fact. What would you like to see in the contract? What changes do you think need to be made? And the real question........ How bad do you want it? |

Whatever they present, won't pass. People are so fed up with this union that any vote is treated as a referendum on the union and folks will vote no.
