I was told that non Union Aerotek employees are flashing units out in the convoy yard right now! I believe that is UAW work is it not? I heard they attempted to disguise them by changing safety vests.

Well did you call anyone besides posting on here? I know back in 2011 when we launched the Escape they were bringing retired workers for rework. I always heard that once they're thru the gate too the convoy lot they're "off property"

I don't know for sure if passage through the convoy gate is considered the same when the unit is "on hold". Even though those units are out there, they aren't released for shipping because they aren't complete. I'm just trying to get the word out. Aerotek was the same group involved with displacement of the Teamsters in 2012. Shady group of folks back then. Probably more of the same.

I talked to a Teamster who ask some of the people doing our jobs who they were, they said they were from Aerotek (scabs). They also told him they were checking Ford vehicles and repairing some of them, because there is no need to run them back through the line because they can do it quicker and more cost efficient than UAW. Teamsters told them you can look, you can touch, but you had better not move one vehicle out of its place. What's next the "gate" and Arotech do repairs there. And this is the same company that Voith hired temps to replace Teamsters back in 2012. Are these $11.00 an hour people going to replace us? I sure hope this isn't family and friends of Ford workers trying to take my job, like they tried to do Teamsters. Why did UAW even allow scabs to do more of our jobs? Everyday I come to work I have to look at that Voith van what's next Aerotek van sitting next to it? Let''s just advertise take our jobs, will work for food........ Let's chase their &$!,& off our jobs!!!! The way bad wins is for good people to sit back and do NOTHING... Then cry when it is all over with and I am really am holding that sign "will work for FOOD.

It looks like Teamsters took care of the job again. Aerotek is gone. Another win Union power. Maybe we all should start stepping up like that so we can keep are jobs in the future. And for real did UAW know about this did they sign off on it or what??? Inspections and repairs are our jobs.......... Not a non Union scab company. Thank you committee person for keeping us informed - right!!!!!
